That kind of future doesn't happen by accident. It takes intention.

It takes sacrifice. And it takes all of us.

As most of you know, we currently have a mortgage on our building dating back to the time we first moved in.  

Our current mortgage is $1.4M and with the generosity of a Diocesan match

 and an initial campaign goal of $200,000, 

we could achieve the mortgage principal to under $1M by Easter 2027.

We believe the path forward is clear: focus our efforts on becoming debt-free.

The campaign will be held in phases with a credible line of sight to

being mortgage free in three to six years.  

This campaign isn't just about paying off our debt.  

It's about faith-filled stewardship, it's about trusting that what we have been given

is meant to grow and it's about ensuring that St. Mary's continues to be a place of faith for generations to come.
