Baptism Prep Team

Volunteers in this ministry are trained to work with the parents who are seeking Baptism for their child. The role of the volunteer Baptism Prep Team is to:

– welcome the parents and their child on behalf of the parish
– provide the personal contact needed to answer questions parents may have about the sacrament of Baptism, their commitment as parents, and how Baptism impacts everyday faith;
– assist with a preparation class for parents prior to the Baptism ceremony.
